Yes, Alameda Elder Communities (AEC) and their facilities stand ready to provide supportive services and/or consultation to the community for future care needs.  This might include providing care services or locating appropriate services within its vast network of ancillary providers and consultants.  Phoenix Commons’ residents will have special access to AEC facilities, programs and many of its associated services.  Because of its association with AEC, Phoenix Commons’ residents will enjoy many of the benefits of a full service senior community, without paying the high monthly fees associated with the overhead to operate and maintain these amenities.
