Construction Update: May 6, 2015

Further progress was made this week on the rising of the Phoenix… Commons that is! Large windows, designed to increase the amount of light coming into your home from the inner courtyard, are now being installed on the second floor (Pic 1). Parts of the roof will extend over the walkways, providing shelter from the elements (Pic. 2). The fourth floor catwalks provide stunning views of the shared community areas and the Oakland/Alameda Estuary beyond (Pic. 3).
