Construction Update: December 10, 2014
Despite the seemingly endless – yet necessary! – rain that we’ve been blessed with in the Bay Area these past weeks, crews have been making progress at the Phoenix Commons construction site. With all the garage walls now set in concrete, work on the podium level is being extended to most of the second floor (Pic. 1). It’s easier to see now how the building frames the approach to the Park Street Bridge (Pic. 2), and it will look even more majestic once all four floors are built. The large garage entry (Pic. 3) will accommodate tall handicap-accessible vans if they are needed in the future. For more photos, you can follow us on Facebook or Google+!
